The mango is considered “the most majestic of Philippine fruits”. Mango’s have a green, green-yellow, yellow-red or yellow-red-green colour. Most of the mangos in the Philippines will turn their colour from green to yellow as they ripen. The mango fruit can be up to 20- 25 centimetres long. At this maximum length they can have a weight of two kilos. For export, mangos of 8 to 12-centimeters long are preferred. Mango is rich in sugar and is a source of vitamin A, C, and D. Anti cancer: The phenols in mangoes, such as quercetin, isoquercitrin, astragalin, fisetin, gallic acid and methylgallat, as well as the abundant enzymes, have cancer-preventing capacities.Eye health: One cup of sliced mangoes supplies 25 percent of the needed daily value of vitamin A, which promotes good eyesight. and a lot more.

Durian
Durian is rich in dietary fiber, which makes it a good bulk laxative. The fiber content helps to protect the colon mucous membrane by decreasing exposure time and as well as binding to cancer causing chemicals in the colon.
Durian fruit is a good source of antioxidant vitamin-C (about 33% of RDA). Consumption of foods rich in vitamin C helps body develop resistance against infectious agents and scavenge harmful free radicals.
The fruit is an excellent source of many health benefiting B-complex groups of vitamins; a rare feature among fruits, such as niacin, riboflavin, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), pyridoxine (vitamin B-6) and thiamin (vitamin B-1). These vitamins are essential in the sense that body requires them from external sources to replenish.

Avocado
Avocado is one of the fruits found in the Philippines.These fruits are known to be rich in nutrients like, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin E, vitamin K, folate, copper, potassium, calcium and magnesium. It is also a good source of dietary fiber. Unlike other fruits, avocados have high fat content, which accounts for around 70% to 80% of its total calories. It lowers your bad cholesterol. Avocado is high in fat, carbohydrate and cholesterol but they are all good for you. Avocado has good cholesterol. The fat content in avocado is mono-unsaturated fat that actually help you lower your bad cholesterol. Avocado contains more of the cholesterol-smashing beta-sitosterol (a beneficial plant-based fat) than any other fruit. Beta-sitosterol reduces the amount of cholesterol absorbed from food. The combination of beta-sitosterol and monounsaturated fat makes the avocado an excellent cholesterol buster. and avocado is a good source of potassium, and mineral that helps regulate blood pressure.
